  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We may offer free shipping during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

5. Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos and share them with us immediately.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange for damaged or incorrect products (refer to our Refund & Return Policy).

7. International Shipping
  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
