Refund policy

At FINBAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do provide exchanges in specific cases to ensure you receive the quality you deserve.

1. No Refund & No Return Policy
  • We do not offer refunds for any purchase made on our website.

  • Returns are not accepted unless it meets our exchange criteria below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only if:

  • You have received the wrong product.

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.

3. Exchange Terms & Conditions
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange (this helps us verify the issue).

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Any claims after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Exchange Process
  1. Email us at customersupport@finbae.in or call 7705011177 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order details, a clear description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the exchange process and send you the correct/replacement product.

  4. Exchanged/ Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Products without the original packaging.

  • Products without proof of issue (unboxing video).
